She specializes in working with organizations and the people in them to energize purpose and action. Carol holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and 20+ years of working in people development, training and education, workplace wellness, public and mental health and building collaborative partnerships. She & her husband also owned Spader Business Management, a consulting & training firm for the past 22 years until recently selling to another company. Her passions revolve around faith, family (including 2 internationally adopted kids), horses, hiking, travel and salsa dancing. One of her adventure dreams is hiking the El Camino in Portugal which she’s on track to complete this year! 🚶‍♀️

Mark is a Certified Dream Manager® and brings 20+ years of direct experience leading & coaching people to become better versions of themselves. Mark specializes in fostering engaged cultures in businesses through helping people embrace their dreams & live more fully alive.  He prides himself on being a dealer of hope and an epic encourager. Most recently, he launched Project 14.4 – How 14 minutes and 24 seconds will change your life. The handbook and program center on helping people move forward in their life by investing a mere 1% of their day - removing intimidation from making change & pursuing dreams. Mark resides in De Pere, WI with his wife, Jennie, two sons, Sam (19) & Daniel (15), and their energetic wheaten terrier, Rocky (7). He especially enjoys running, coffee, family road-trips, breakfast sandwiches, and cold beer. Mark dreams of collaborating with Mel Robbins on a mindset project & becoming a respectable, competitive tennis player in his age group. 🎾
